摘　　要：近年来,全国各地积极推进城市更新建设活动,对既有建筑实施改造与重建。英雄604保留建筑改造项目作为上海市城市更新建设中的典型案例,在整体推进建设中不仅面临技术上的难题,也对项目管理与组织协调等各方面提出了更高要求。文章总结分析了英雄604保留建筑改造项目的特点及难点,以及项目整体运作中的管理重点,为城市更新项目的建设与管理提供了参考和经验。In recent years,all parts of the country have actively promoted urban renewal and construction activities,and implemented transformation and reconstruction of the existing buildings.As a typical case in the urban renewal and construction of Shanghai,the reconstruction project of Hero 604 Reserved Building not only faces technical problems in the overall promotion of construction,but also puts forward higher requirements for project management,organization and coordination.This paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics and difficulties in the reconstruction project of Hero 604 Reserved Building and the management emphasis in the overall operation of the project,which provides a reference and experience for the construction and management of urban renewal projects.
