摘　　要：为了适应经济发展和人民宜居宜业的需求,通过科学计量可视化软件对《城市居住区规划设计标准》实施前后居住区规划研究热点的变化进行比对分析,进一步阐述新《标准》调整后居住区规划研究热点和新理念的变化,得到:(1)在新《标准》发布前,居住规划研究领域进行了大量的教学改革和调整研究,为新《标准》内容的制定起到了推动的作用;(2)在新《标准》发布后,通过关键词聚类、突显性、时区分析,居住区规划研究热点经历了较大的变化,有新的“生活圈”等研究热点出现;(3)在新《标准》发布后,居住区规划领域研究引入了“乡村振兴”“城市更新”等新的研究理论并在之后持续指导居住区规划领域的相关研究。In order to meet the needs of economic development and people's livability and work,the changes in the research hotspots of residential area planning before and after the implementation of the Standards for the Planning and Design of Urban Settlements are compared and analyzed through scientific econometric visualization software,and the changes in the research hotspots and new concepts of residential area planning after the adjustment of the new Standards are further elaborated.(1)A large number of teaching reforms and adjustment studies were carried out in the field of residential planning research before the release of the new Standards,which played a role in promoting the formulation of the content of the new Standards.(2)After the release of the new Standards,through the analysis on keyword clustering,prominence,and time zone,the research hotspots of residential area planning have undergone great changes,and new research hotspots such as“living circles” have emerged.(3)After the issuance of the new Standards,new research theories,such as“rural revitalization”and“urban renewal”were introduced in the field of residential area planning,and continued to guide relevant research in the field of residential area planning after that.
