摘  要:基于遵余湘江大桥余庆岸索塔承台的设计与施工,结合其他类似的工程案例,对大体积混凝土结构,施工过程中产生的水化热进行分析计算,并对混凝土结构及预设计的冷却水管建立有限元模型计算验证,准确预测分析大体积混凝土浇筑过程中的温度场及温度应力(拉应力),防止产生危害性大的温度裂缝,制定合理的温控措施方案,从设计源头上提出确保大体积混凝土施工质量的对应措施。研究得出的冷却水管细节设计及施工措施可为其他类似项目提供参考。Based on the design and construction of Yuqing shore cable tower cap of Zunyu Xiangjiang River Bridge,combined with other similar engineering cases,the hydration heat generated during the construction of mass concrete structures is analyzed and calculated,and a finite element model is established for the concrete structure and pre-designed cooling water pipes for calculation and verification,which accurately predicts and analyzes the temperature field and thermal stress(tensile stress)during the pouring process of mass concrete to prevent the occurrence of harmful temperature cracks.Then reasonable temperature control measures are formulated,and corresponding measures are proposed to ensure the construction quality of mass concrete from the design source.The detailed design and construction measures of cooling water pipes obtained from the paper can provide a reference for other similar projects.
