摘 要:工业城市研究主要集中在文化遗存和形态演进等宏观层面,而对于微观层面的工业住区生活空间缺乏有针对性的更新与规划方法。以唐山市古冶区林西街道各自楼住区为例,阐述基于现场调研分析的步行空间现状及问题,进而利用空间句法软件对现有步行系统进行可视化展示,分析归纳出住区道路系统优化内容。研究表明,步行空间特征与步行使用率存在逻辑关系,各自楼工业住区步行空间更新规划应当从构建共享步行路径系统、营造多尺度的步行圈、公共场地的网络化和完善步行环境设施四个策略出发,为工业住区步行空间更新规划提供借鉴。The research on old industrial cities mainly focuses on the macro-level of cultural relics and morphological evolution,while the micro-level industrial residential living space lacks the methods of targeted renewal and planning.This paper takes the residential areas on Linxi street in Guye district,Tangshan as an example,expounds the present situation and problems of pedestrian space based on field investigation and analysis,and then uses spatial syntax software to visually display the existing pedestrian system,and analyzes and sums up the optimization contents of residential road system.The research shows that there is a logical relationship between the characteristics of walking space and the utilization rate of walking.The renewal planning of walking space in old industrial residential areas on Linxi street should start from four strategies:building a shared walking path system,building a multi-scale walking circle,networking public places and improving the facilities of walking environment,so as to provide a reference for the renewal planning of walking space in old industrial residential areas.
