煤炭资源型城市空间模式演变及规划--以河南省平顶山市为例

摘  要:煤炭资源型城市是我国重要的城市类型之一,既有研究围绕城市环境保护、产业转型及可持续发展展开,从生命周期视角开展的空间演变研究相对较少。文章以我国典型的煤炭资源型城市--河南省平顶山市为例,通过实地踏勘及文献资料研究,分析其自建设初期至今的空间模式演变规律,以生命周期视角分析其不同发展阶段的空间特征,以及城市空间发展的制约因素和当前面临的严峻挑战,认为生态修复、城市空间弥合、新兴产业园区建设及工业遗产利用等途径可有效帮助资源型城市避免陷入衰退,实现可持续发展。研究对于成熟型、衰退型及再生型煤炭资源城市的更新改造及空间可持续发展均有指导与参考意义。Mining city is one of the most important city types in China.The existing research focuses on environmental protection,industrial transformation and sustainable development,while the research on spatial evolution from the perspective of life cycle is relatively insufficiency.Taking Pingdingshan City in Henan Province,a typical mining city in China,as an example,through field survey and literature research,this paper analyzes the evolution of its spatial pattern from the early stage of construction to the present,analyzes its spatial characteristics at different stages of development from the perspective of life cycle,as well as the constraints on the spatial development of mining city and the severe challenges faced by the current urban development.It is believed that ecological restoration,urban space bridging,industrial park construction and industrial heritage utilization,etc.can effectively help resource-based cities achieve sustainable development.This paper has guiding and reference significance for the renewal and transformation of mature,declining and renewable coal resource cities and the sustainable developmentof space.
