摘　　要：近年来,中国农村“空心村”问题日益显现。由于农村人口外流和城镇化的推进,导致一些农村地区出现了房屋空置、土地荒芜和资源浪费的情况。解决“空心村”问题已经成为当前中国农村治理中的重要任务。本文旨在探讨基于生态修复和景观再造的“空心村”治理运行机制,以期提高农村环境质量和居住品质,增强农村经济发展活力,促进城乡一体化发展。研究将从治理目标、实现标准、领导作用、治理策略、治理程序等方面展开探讨。尝试从“空心村”治理的目标、原则、方案和实施步骤等方面提出一系列科学的治理标准和操作机制,为促进农村发展和推进城乡一体化发展提供了理论基础和实践指导。In recent years,the problem of“hollow villages”in rural China has become increasingly prominent.This refers to the situation where some rural areas have vacant houses,barren land,and wasted resources due to rural population outflow and urbanization.Solving the problem of“hollow villages”has become an important task in current rural governance in China.This paper aims to explore the operation mechanism of governance for“hollow villages” based on ecological restoration and landscape reconstruction,in order to improve the rural environment and living quality,to enhance the vitality of rural economic development,and to promote integrated urban-rural development.The paper will explore the governance objectives and implementation standards,leadership role,governance strategies,and governance procedures.It attempts to propose a series of scientific governance standards and operational mechanisms from the aspects of governance objectives,principles,programs,and implementation steps for the governance of“hollow village”.This paper provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for promoting rural development and advancing integrated urban-rural development.
