摘　　要：随着城镇化速度的放缓和超大城市郊区乡村地区土地整治工作的深入,保留型村庄的农宅翻建已由原来的政府整体拆迁模式逐步转型为村民自发的农宅翻建与更新模式。文章通过对上海市嘉定区若干个村庄的农宅翻建意愿的实证研究,对翻建意愿的结构性因素,以及个体性、地方性因素进行探析,总结翻建意愿的综合机制,并探析其相关政策启示。With the slowing down of urbanization and the deepening of land consolidation in suburban rural areas of megacity,the reconstruction and renewal of farm houses in reserved villages has been gradually transformed from the original whole-government demolition mode to the voluntary reconstruction and renewal mode of farm houses by villagers.Based on the empirical study on the reconstruction intention of several villages in Jiading District of Shanghai,this paper analyzes the structural factors,individual and local factors of the reconstruction intention,summarizes the comprehensive mechanism of the reconstruction intention and analyzes its related policy enlightenment.
