基于结构方程的延安革命旧址空间环境研究

摘　　要：本文从红色旧址建筑、景区及所在城市的视角,对延安革命旧址空间环境进行游客满意度的网络问卷调查,并运用结构方程模型来分析参观者感知与延安旧址建筑、景区及所在城市的关系。研究结果显示,“环境氛围营造”和“配套服务设施”对游客满意度有着显著影响。由于延安红色景点多且分布较广,大部分游客对延安革命旧址的空间感知是整体性的,因此要提高延安革命旧址的环境氛围、改善配套服务设施,应以整个红色景点景区为单位来统筹考虑,从城市规划角度全方位打造延安红色旅游景区。Through an on-line questionnaire survey on the tourist satisfaction of the spatial environment of Yan'an revolutionary sites,this paper analyzes the relationships between users'satisfaction and Yan'an revolutionary sites and its surrounding environment with structural equation modeling from the aspects of the red buildings,the scenic spots and the city therein.The research results show that"spatial atmosphere creation"and"infrastructure"have significant impacts on tourist satisfaction.Since there are many red scenic spots in Yan'an and they are widely distributed,most tourists'spatial perception on Yan'an revolutionary site is holistic.Therefore,to enhance the environmental atmosphere and to improve the supporting service facilities of the revolutionary site in Yan'an,we should consider the entire red scenic spots as a unit and create a comprehensive Yan'an red tourism scenic area from the perspective of urban planning.
