接触扩散视角下的城市文化危机研究--以郑州市德化街“老蔡记”为例

摘　　要：有学者认为,人们难以感受到郑州市厚重的历史气息与博大的中原文化,郑州市面临着文化危机。本研究意在从接触扩散的视角探究城市文化危机的内因。通过空间句法、核密度分析法、人群热力分析和人物访谈等,对郑州市德化街“老蔡记”蒸饺店2000年和2021年两个时间点上所处区域的外部空间与自身经营能力进行对比分析。发现其在2021年所处区域的外部空间质量和经营能力较2000年低。研究认为二者的降低导致人们对该文化资源的接触情况变差和认同度降低,进而阻碍了接触扩散,影响了其文化的传播,并在一定程度上反映出郑州城市特色文化传播的问题,对郑州城市文化危机的滋生具有一定的影响。Some scholars believe that it is difficult for people to feel the thick historical atmosphere and the extensive culture of the Central Plains,and Zhengzhou is facing a cultural crisis.This paper aims to explore the internal causes of urban cultural crisis from the perspective of contact diffusion.Through spatial syntactic analysis,nuclear density analysis,population heat analysis and character interview,the external space and operating capacity of the area of"Lao Cai Ji"in 2000 and 2021 is compared and analyzed.It was found that its external space quality and operating capacity in 2021 were lower than that in 2000.It is believed that the decrease of the two leads to the decrease of people's contact with the cultural resources and the lower of the people's recognition,which hinders the contact diffusion of people,affects the spread of its culture,and reflects the problems in the urban characteristic cultural communication of Zhengzhou to a certain extent,and has a certain impact on the breeding of the urban cultural crisis in Zhengzhou.
