摘  要:在对我国城市更新背景、理论研究与发展目标进行全面梳理的基础上,以技术系统进化趋势(TESE)理论作为支撑,构建城市更新系统结构,通过系统的分析方法对其演进历程进行梳理,剖析城市更新演进过程中的S-曲线进化趋势和阶段性表征。在定位和研判城市更新系统所处阶段、遵循价值提高趋势及TESE中“系统完备性增加趋势”“向超系统过渡趋势”“裁剪度增加趋势”“流优化趋势”“系统协调性增加趋势”等进化机制的基础上,形成“把控系统定位,做好城市体检”“立足发展阶段,平衡价值与成本”“协同社会环境与价值导向,统筹系统性规划与方向性引领”的规律遵循,以期为新时期城市更新理论及实践探索提供系统而科学的指导。On the basis of comprehensively sorting out the background,theoretical research and development goals of urban renewal in China,with TESE(Evolution Trends in Technology Systems)theory as the support,the structure of urban renewal system is constructed,and its evolution process is sorted out through systematic analysis methods,and the evolution trend and stage characterization of S-curve in the process of urban renewal evolution are analyzed.On the basis of positioning and judging the stage of the urban renewal system,following the trend of value improvement,and the evolutionary mechanisms,such as"increasing system completeness","transition trend to supersystem","increasing cutting degree","flow optimization trend","system coordination increasing trend",etc.in TESE,the law of"controlling system positioning,doing a good job in urban physical examination","balancing value and cost based on the development stage","coordinating social environment and value orientation,and coordinating systematic planning and directional guidance"is formed.It aims to provide systematic and scientific guidance for the theoretical and practical exploration on urban renewal in the new era.
