公园城市背景下工业废弃地景观改造策略研究--以东营胜利油田工矿废弃地为例

摘　　要：20世纪中期以来,社会高速发展使多数国家步入了后工业化时期,高新技术产业取代了许多传统工业,而对于废弃的工业用地如何进行再利用成为学者探讨与研究的课题之一。在公园城市这一全新理念的推行下,城市工业废弃地的生态系统如何在得以恢复的同时,又可以优化城市环境,实现以人为本的城市建设目标。本研究将梳理工业废弃地概况和局限,研究经典的工业废弃地景观改造案例,以东营胜利油田工矿废弃地为例,提出景观改造设计策略,以期为未来公园城市背景下东营油田工业废弃地的景观改造提供借鉴。Since the mid-20th century,the world has entered the post-industrialization period of the high-tech industries,and many hi-tech industries have replaced the traditional industries.How to use these abandoned industrial lands has become an important and meaningful topic.Under the background of the park city,how to restore the ecosystem of the abandoned urban industrial land while optimizing urban environment and realizing people-oriented urban construction goal is of great importance.This paper sorts out the overall conditions and constraints of the abandoned industrial land,and studies the typical cases of transforming abandoned industrial land to the landscapes.Taking the abandoned industrial and mining land in Dongying Shengli Oilfield as an example,the paper proposes landscape renovation design strategies,in order to provide a reference for the landscape transformation of the abandoned industrial land of Dongying Oilfiled under the background of future park city.
