摘 要:为了给国内土壤中甲基汞和乙基汞检测建立国家或行业统一标准提供技术依据,在液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(HPLC-ICP-MS法)测定土壤中的甲基汞和乙基汞方法的基础上,参考了新制订国标吹扫捕集/气相色谱-冷原子荧光光谱法,选取具有代表性的3种不同的土壤样品运用两种方法进行加标回收试验。结果表明,两种方法检出限在0.2~0.4μg/kg,三个水平加标回收率在77.8%~106%之间,相对标准偏差均小于8.6%。比对结果显示两种方法对测定没有显著性的差异,均能弥补国内在测定土壤中有机汞方面的空白。In order to provide a technical basis for the establishment of national or industrial standard for the detection of methyl mercury and ethyl mercury in soil in China,this paper based on the determination of methyl mercury and ethyl mercury in soil by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(HPLC-ICP-MS),referred to the newly established national standard purge and trap/gas chromatography cold vapor atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Three representative soil samples were selected to carry out standard recovery tests by two methods.The results showed that,the detection limits of the two methods were from 0.2μg/kg to 0.4μug/kg,the recoveries at three levels ranged from 77.8%to 106%,the relative standard deviations were all less than 8.6%.The comparison results showed that there was no significant difference between the two methods,and both methods can make up the gap in the determination of organic mercury in soil in China.
