摘  要:为助力广西电解铝行业减污降碳,实现碳达峰、碳中和,通过污染物排放及碳排放计算,分析行业的污染物排放水平、碳排放水平,对行业未来减污降碳途径进行情景分析。研究结果表明,行业二氧化硫的排放强度为9.6551 kg/t-Al,惰性阳极新技术的应用,基本消除二氧化硫的排放。行业碳排放强度为9.288t/t-Al,其中电力消耗碳排放强度为7.5518 t/t-Al,阳极炭块消耗碳排放强度为1.4388 t/t-Al,阳极效应碳排放强度为0.2982t/t-Al。采取控制电流消耗、炭阳极升级、CCS技术应用可基本消除电解铝生产过程的碳排放。本文通过情景分析,提出广西电解铝行业减污降碳三步走思路,对广西碳排放治理工作提供了新方法。In order to help electrolytic aluminum industry reduce pollution and carbon in Guangxi province,and realize carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,this paper analyzed the pollutant emission level and carbon emission level of electrolytic aluminum industry through the pollution and carbon emission calculation,and carried out scenario analysis on the ways of pollution and carbon reduction in the future.The results showed that the emission intensity of sulfur dioxide in the industry was 9.6551 kg/t-Al,and the application of inert anode technology can basically eliminate the sulfur dioxide emission.The carbon emission intensity of the industry was 9.288 t/t-Al,including 7.5518 t/t-Al for power consumption,1.4388 t/t-Al for anode carbon block,and 0.2982 t/t-Al for anode effect.Carbon emissions from electrolytic aluminum production can be basically eliminated by controlling current consumption,upgrading carbon anode and applying CCS technology.Through scenario analysis,this paper puts forward a three-step approach to reduce pollution and carbon emissions of electrolytic aluminum industry in Guangxi,which provides a new method for carbon emission control in Guangxi.
