浅析江苏省农药经营许可审批工作

摘　　要：我国作为世界上农药制造与使用大国,农药的使用很大程度上避免了农作物受病害侵扰,在促进农业增产、保障国家粮食安全等方面发挥了重要作用。农药经营许可证的申领是农药企业经营的前提,新修订《农药管理条例》对农药经营许可的实施与管理进行了明确规定。本文介绍了江苏省农药经营许可审批工作流程,并对审批工作中存在的问题进行简要分析。China,as a major country in the manufacture and use of pesticides in the world,relies heavily on the use of pesticides to prevent crop diseases and pests,playing an extremely important role in promoting agricultural production and ensuring national food security.The application for a pesticide business license is a prerequisite for the operation of pesticide enterprises.The newly revised“Regulations on Pesticide Administration”further clarifies the implementation and management of pesticide business licenses.This paper introduced the approval process for pesticide business license approval in Jiangsu Province and briefly analyzed the problems encountered in the approval process.
