乡村振兴综合绩效评价及村庄分类提升策略研究--基于2019-2021年晋江市40个村(社区)的观察

摘　　要：本文针对晋江市各个村乡村振兴发展的现状和水平,开展村域尺度的综合绩效和分类提升研究,对于促进乡村振兴发展具有重大意义。本研究通过构建5个一级评价指标和22个二级评价指标,进而运用因子分析法提取出6个公因子并计算出分数,并求出晋江市各个乡村的综合发展得分,在此基础上根据公因子得分,采用系统聚类方法,并结合调研情况和晋江市各个村(社区)实际,将试点村分为产业兴旺型、生态宜居型、乡风文明型、治理有效型、生活富裕型5个类型村庄,据实证分析和现场调研情况得知,五种类型村庄虽都有一定程度的发展,但也存在一些问题。因此,本研究针对各类型村庄发展遇到的现实难题精准施策,不断提高各村(社区)的发展水平,以推动晋江市乡村振兴的可持续发展。Aiming at the current situation and level of rural revitalization and development of each village in Jinjiang City,this paper carries out village-scale comprehensive performance and classified improvement research,which is of great significance for promoting rural revitalization and development.This study by building five level 22 secondary evaluation index,evaluation index and then using the factor analysis method to extract the six common factor and calculate the score,and the comprehensive development of Jinjiang each country score,on this basis,according to the common factor score,by adopting the method of system clustering,and combining the research situation and the actual Jinjiang each village(community).The pilot villages are divided into five types of villages:industrial flourishing,ecological livable,local culture and civilization,effective governance and affluent life.According to the empirical analysis and field investigation,although all the five types of villages have developed to a certain extent,there are still some problems.Therefore,based on the practical problems encountered in the development of various types of villages,this study takes precise measures to continuously improve the development level of each village(community),so as to promote the sustainable development of Jinjiang city's rural revitalization.
