西部地区企业对物流人才需求的调研分析

摘　　要：选取陕西、甘肃、宁夏、青海、新疆五个省份的企业研究对象,采用网络调研法收集了409个物流岗位,并对其从层级、需求量、任职要求等方面进行调研。调研结果表明,不同的物流岗位在学历、专业及能力方面的需求不同,高校应根据企业的需求培养人才。Selecting enterprises in Shaanxi,Gansu,Ningxia,Qinghai and Xinjiang provinces as research objects,we investigated the position level,demand volume and job requirements of 409 logistics positions through online research.The result shows that different logistics positions have different demands in terms of education history,specialty and competence,suggesting that colleges and universities should heed the needs of the enterprises in their cultivation of logistics talents.
