摘　　要：探索高效率、低成本、轻损耗的跨境物流模式成为我国农产品跨境电商企业发展面临的主要困境之一。以企业如何选择农产品跨境出口物流模式为主体,构建影响配送模式选择的层级指标,并利用AHP模型引入具体实例对某跨境电商企业进行实证研究,再运用模糊层次分析法得出最佳配送模式。结论显示:该跨境电商企业运输大宗农产品适合选择跨境物流联盟模式,运输生鲜农产品和加工农产品适合选择第三方跨境物流模式。To study how enterprises choose the agricultural product cross-border export logistics mode,we constructed the hierarchy of the relevant influence factors,and applied the analytic hierarchy process to an empirical example of a certain cross-border e-commerce enterprise.Next,we used the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to obtain the optimal distribution mode.Finally we concluded that the crossborder e-commerce enterprise in question should adopt the cross-border logistics alliance mode for bulk agricultural product transportation,and the third-party cross-border logistics mode for the transportation of fresh and processed agricultural products.
