摘 要:将传统机械与液压原理相结合,设计了基于液压制动原理的平板拖车,液压制动机构可使平板拖车在下坡路面时减速,保证弹药转运安全。平板拖车采用前后四轮转向,根据需要可以将转向连杆断开,固定后转向轴只使用前轮转向。同时该车可以单辆使用,也可以若干辆首位相连,提高工作效率。In this paper,by applying the hydraulic braking principle to traditional mechanical systems,we designed a flatbed trailer unit provided with a hydraulic braking mechanism capable of slowing down the flatbed trailer on downward slope to ensure the safety of ammunition in transition.The flatbed trailer in question adopts front and rear four-wheel steering,where the steering rod can be disconnected when needed to lock down the rear steering shaft,leaving the steering function to the front wheels.Moreover,the trailer can be used as a standalone vehicle,or can be joined with several others to achieve higher work efficiency.
