摘 要:采用偏光显微镜,矿物自动定量分析系统(BPMA)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪,结合化学分析等手段对青海某难选铁矿进行详细的工艺矿物研究。结果表明,原矿含全铁27.34%、磁性铁16.24%、锰8.74%、磷1.23%。磁铁矿粒度微细,近17.92%分布在0.020 mm以下,磁铁矿内包含微细粒脉石矿物,磷灰石与磁铁矿的嵌布关系非常密切,若不细磨,很容易随磁铁矿连生进入到铁精矿,造成产品中磷超标。推荐采用细磨—湿式弱磁选—反浮选脱磷选矿流程。A refractory iron ore in Qinghai province was studied detaily by means of polarizing microscope,automatic mineral quantitative analysis system(BPMA),scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy spectrum analyzer and chemical analysis.The results show that the ore contains 27.34%total iron,16.24%magnetic iron,8.74%manganese and 1.23%phosphorus.The particle size of magnetite is fine,nearly 17.92%of which is distributed below 0.020 mm.Magnetite contains fine gangue minerals.Apatite has a very close relationship with magnetite.If it is not finely ground,it is easy to connect with magnetite into iron concentrate,resulting in excessive phosphorus in the product.It is recommended to adopt fine grinding wet low intensity magnetic separation reverse flotation dephosphorization process flow.
