无粗格栅的污水处理厂进水取样点设置探讨

摘　　要：合理设置进水取样点位置对污水处理厂进水浓度考核具有重要意义。我国相关规范对厂内无粗格栅污水处理厂的进水取样点位置无明确规定。鉴于此,文章在厂内无粗格栅的污水处理厂开展了细格栅前后水质的对比试验,试验结果表明,细格栅后COD、BOD_(5)、SS和TP的平均浓度比细格栅前明显升高,TN的浓度略有升高,NH_(3)-N的浓度则有所降低。由于细格栅对漂浮垃圾有很好的去除效果,取样点设置在细格栅后,可以减少自动取样机和在线水质监测设备故障。而且在细格栅后所取的水样更能精确反映进入生化系统的水质浓度,有利于曝气系统和加药系统的精确控制。因此,建议采用自动取样机取样的污水处理厂将进水取样点设置在细格栅后。Reasonable setting of influent sampling point is of great significance to the assessment of influent concentration in sewage treatment plant.There are no clear regulations on the location of influent sampling points in the sewage treatment plant without coarse screens in China.In view of this,a comparative experiment on the water quality before and after fine screen was carried out in a sewage treatment plant without coarse screens.The experimental results showed that the average concentrations of COD,BOD5,SS and TP after fine screen were significantly higher than those before fine screen,with a slight increase in TN concentration and a decrease in NH3-N concentration.Since the fine screen has a good removal effect on floating garbage,setting sampling points behind the fine screen can reduce the failure of automatic sampling machines and online water quality monitoring equipment.Moreover,the water sample taken after the fine screen can more accurately reflect the concentration of water entering the biochemical system,which is conducive to the precise control of the aeration system and dosing system.Therefore,it is recommended that the sewage treatment plant using the automatic sampling machines should set the influent sampling points behind the fine screen.
