摘 要:在外墙结构伸缩缝支模阶段,变形问题一直是施工质量的重要影响因素之一,为此,文章围绕建筑外墙结构伸缩缝支模防变形施工技术进行研究。在支撑结构施工阶段,清理支护桩后,结合伸缩缝的宽度差异化设置植筋标准,并构建止水螺杆结构。为加固支模结构,浇筑支模底板时预留了钢筋地锚,以此实现对支模结构的加固处理,最后以支护桩植入钢筋位置作为基准点,安装模板排架体系和可调节顶托体系的。结果表明,支模验收结果的偏差量均满足合格标准,未出现异常变形。In the stage of formwork erection for expansion joints of exterior wall structure,deformation has always been one of the important factors affecting construction quality.Therefore,this paper studies the anti-deformation construction technology of expansion joint formwork erection in building exterior wall structure.In the construction stage of the supporting structure,after cleaning the supporting piles,the bar planting standard is set according to the width difference of the expansion joints,and the water stop screw structure is constructed.In order to strengthen the support formwork structure,the steel bar anchor is reserved when pouring the support formwork bottom plate,so as to realize the reinforcement treatment of the support formwork structure.Finally,the formwork bent system and adjustable jacking system are installed with the position of the supporting pile embedded steel bar as the reference point.The results show that the deviation of the support formwork acceptance results meets the qualification standard,and no abnormal deformation occurs.
