水轮发电机组安装技术分析

摘　　要：近年来,随着技术的发展,水轮发电机组朝大型化、巨型化方向发展,制造精度的提高对机组的运行振动、摆度要求越来越高,机组安装精度一度提高到0.05 mm的转动摆度值、0.02 mm的平面度要求。基于此,文章首先介绍了水轮发电组安装的常见问题,然后提出了发电机组的安装条件和注意要点,之后就其安装技术进行分析,最后提出水轮发电机组安装质量控制方法,以供参考。In recent years,with the development of technology,hydroelectric generator sets are developing in the direction of large scale and mega scale.The improvement of manufacturing accuracy has higher and higher requirements for the operation vibration and swing of the sets.The installation accuracy of the sets has once been raised to a rotational swing value of 0.05 mm and a flatness requirement of 0.02 mm.Based on this,this paper first introduces the common problems in the installation of hydroelectric generator sets,then puts forward the installation conditions and key points for attention of generator sets,then analyzes the installation technology,and finally puts forward the installation quality control method of hydroelectric generator sets for reference.
