冷库建筑设计中的问题及应对措施探讨

摘　　要：冷库是冷链运输的关键节点,如果冷库设计存在问题,冷链运输系统的运转效率将下降,货品也无法保持足够的新鲜度。文章论述了我国冷库建筑的现状,分析了冷库的类型,探究了冷库建筑设计中的问题,在此基础上提出了多个解决问题的应对措施,希望对设计人员以及设置冷库的企业有所帮助。C old store is the key node of cold chain transportation.If there are problems in the design of cold store,the operation efficiency of cold chain transportation system will decline,and the goods can not maintain sufficient freshness.This paper discusses the current situation of cold store buildings in China,analyzes types of the cold store,explores the problems in the design of cold store buildings,and puts forward several countermeasures to solve the problems on this basis.It is hoped that this will be helpful to designers and enterprises with cold stores.
