摘　　要：绿色生态城市规划设计是建造绿色生态城市的指导依据,创造了不可估量的社会效益、经济效益和环境效益。相关设计部门及设计人员必须充分明确绿色生态城市规划设计的理论内涵、实施目标和实施要点,做好整体设计和细部设计,提高自然资源的利用率,为绿色生态城市建设提供可靠保障。文章以绿色生态城市规划设计为切入点,分析其设计目标和设计重点,明确涵盖的相关领域后,从信息收集、海绵城市规划、生态街区规划及空间布局四个方面阐述具体的实施路径,从而实现绿色生态城市建设目标。The planning and design of green ecological city is the guiding basis for the construction of green ecological city,which has created immeasurable social,economic and environmental benefits.Relevant design departments and designers must fully clarify the theoretical connotation,implementation goals and key implementation points of green ecological city planning and design,do a good job in overall design and detailed design,improve the utilization rate of natural resources,and provide reliable guarantee for green ecological city construction.Taking the planning and design of green ecological city as the starting point,this paper analyzes its design goals and key design points,and expounds the specific implementation paths from four aspects:information collection,sponge city planning,ecological block planning and spatial layout after clarifying the relevant fields covered,so as to achieve the goal of green ecological city construction.
