高速公路桥梁砂筒临时支座受力计算及设置方法分析——以赤溪港特大桥为例

摘　　要：文章以赤溪港特大桥为工程实例,进行高速公路桥梁砂筒临时支座设计受力计算,然后详细介绍砂筒临时支座的设置方法,包括砂筒的制作、砂筒应用效果试验、砂筒的安装、承压及连续段湿接缝施工,以及砂筒临时支座的拆除,最后探讨砂筒临时支座施工的质量控制,以保证桥梁施工质量,加快桥梁工程进度。Taking Chixigang Grand Bridge as an engineering example,the force calculation of temporary support design of sand cylinders for expressway bridge is carried out,and then the setting method of temporary support of sand cylinders is introduced in detail,including the production of sand cylinders,the application effect test of sand cylinders,the installation of sand cylinders,the wet joint construction of pressure bearing and continuous sections,and the demolition of temporary support of sand cylinders.Finally,the quality control of temporary support construction of sand cylinders is discussed to ensure the quality of bridge construction and accelerate the progress of bridge engineering.
