摘  要:传统木料挖圆制作而成的圆柱模,施工既耗时又费力,且周转次数较低。为确保墩柱加固玻璃钢模板施工技术在工程项目中的应用,文章结合实际案例,分析了钢模板的性能、特点及关键技术,提出墩柱加固玻璃钢模板施工质量控制措施。该玻璃钢模板施工便捷、各柱的安装、拆卸、翻转所用人力成本资源较低,对结构柱及高度变化控制准确,施工完成后的墩柱加固玻璃钢模板外观及圆度良好。The traditional cylindrical formwork made of circular wood is time-consuming and laborious in construction,and has low turnover times.In order to ensure the application of fiber reinforced plastic formwork construction technology for pier column reinforcement in engineering projects,this paper analyzes the performance,characteristics and key technologies of steel formwork in combination with actual cases,and puts forward the quality control measures of fiber reinforced plastic formwork construction for pier column reinforcement.The construction of the fiber reinforced plastic formwork is convenient,the labor cost resources used for the installation,disassembly and flipping of each column are low,and the structural column and height change are accurately controlled.The appearance and roundness of the reinforced fiber reinforced plastic formwork for the pier column after construction are good.
