摘 要:文章采用探地雷达GPR分别对注浆前后桥台路面实施扫描探测,可针对性地找到病害位置,检验注浆后填充效果,避免了施工的盲目性。同时,利用复合多元醇、异氰酸酯、发泡剂、催化剂等制备了水不敏感性聚氨酯注浆材料,试验表明其具有较高的强度,对水不敏感。将其应用到试验段工程,GPR无损检测结果表明试验段应用效果较好,该技术可为今后桥台沉降病害处治工程的设计和施工提供借鉴。The Ground Penetrating Radar(GPR)was used to scan and detect the bridge abutment pavement before and after grouting,which can find the location of the disease,and test the filling effect after grouting to avoid the blindness of construction.At the same time,the water-insensitive polyurethane grouting material was prepared by using composite polyol,isocyanate,foaming agent,catalyst and so on.The test showed that it had high strength and was not sensitive to water.Applying it to the experimental section engineering,GPR non-destructive testing results showed that the application effect of the experimental section is good.This technology can provide reference for the design and construction of bridge abutment settlement disease treatment engineering in the future.
