摘 要:移动模架法作为一种现浇施工工艺,既节约预制场地,又不需要大吨位架设设备,能够显著减少大临设施建设和构造费用,降低工程成本;但由于施工单点作业,逐孔施工,导致总体施工周期加长,制约了其推广使用。鉴于此,文章开展了2200 t级双跨移动模架结构施工设计,通过有限元仿真分析,保障了结构的安全性能,并将设计成果应用到工程实际中,有效提高了桥梁移动模架施工效率。As a cast-in-place construction technology,the movable scaffolding method not only saves the prefabrication site,but also does not require large-tonnage erection equipment,which can significantly reduce the construction cost of temporary facilities and reduce the engineering cost.However,due to the single point operation and hole-by-hole construction,the overall construction period is prolonged,which restricts its popularization and application.In view of this,the construction design of the 2200 t double-span movable scaffolding structure was carried out.Through the finite element simulation analysis,the safety performance of the structure was guaranteed,and the design results were applied to the engineering practice,which effectively improved the construction efficiency of the bridge movable scaffolding.
