摘 要:深中通道伶仃洋大桥为三跨吊全漂浮体系悬索桥,桥位位于出海口海中间,风场大,海况环境复杂,台风及恶劣天气频发,给悬索桥上部构造施工带来了极大挑战。猫道作为悬索桥上部构造施工生命线,其结构安全性和线形适应性等会对悬索桥上部构造施工安全和质量产生重要影响。文章以深中通道伶仃洋大桥为例,对其海上超长猫道结构的设计和计算进行分析,介绍了猫道施工中的单线系统和猫道架设施工步骤和要点,以期为类似工程提供借鉴和指导。Lingdingyang Bridge on Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link is a three-span suspension bridge with full floating system.The bridge is located in the middle of the sea estuary,with large wind field,complex sea conditions,frequent typhoons and bad weather,which brings great challenges to the construction of the superstructure of the suspension bridge.As the lifeline of superstructure construction of suspension bridge,catway's structural safety and linear adaptability will have an important influence on the safety and quality of superstructure construction of suspension bridge.Taking Lingdingyang Bridge on Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link as an example,this paper analyzes the design and calculation of its offshore super-long catway structure,and introduces the single-line system and catway erection construction steps and key points in catway construction,in order to provide reference and guidance for similar projects.
