摘 要:文章以天长市全民健身中心项目体育场工程为例,对BIM技术在钢结构施工中的应用进行了分析研究,从BIM实施目标、BIM应用流程、BIM应用环境、BIM应用内容和BIM应用创新方面进行了全面研究。通过BIM技术应用,此项目共计发现问题150余处,预计节约成本60余万元,节约工期26 d。BIM协同平台的引入,大幅度提高了项目设计施工各方的沟通效率及项目的管理水平。通过施工吊装模拟,进行钢结构全节点、全工况下节点校核,有效提高工程质量。Taking the stadium engineering in Tianchang National Fitness Center project as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the application of BIM technology in steel structure construction,and makes a comprehensive study from the aspects of BIM implementation goal,BIM application process,BIM application environment,BIM application content and BIM application innovation.Through the application of BIM technology,more than 150 problems have been identified in this project with an estimated cost saving of over 600000 yuan and a construction period saving of 26 d.The introduction of BIM collaborative platform has greatly improved the communication efficiency of all parties in project design and construction and the project management level.Through the construction hoisting simulation,the steel structure node is checked at full node and under all working conditions,and the engineering quality is effectively improved.
