摘　　要：针对建设工程检测质量现状,以陕西省为例,并结合其他省份存在的问题,从检测企业发展状况、检测质量现状、法规建设、政府管理、外部环境(建设、监理的质量履责)、企业内部质控运行,人员素质及专业结构、企业运行投入、成本与收益等方面,对不同性质、规模的检测企业进行了调查研究。经统计分析,指出了目前检测企业的发展困境以及检测质量低劣的原因,提出了解决制约检测质量瓶颈的措施及建议,对政府监管、建设单位质量管控、企业健康运行具有一定的参考意义。Aiming at the current situation of quality inspection of construction projects,taking the existing problems in Shaanxi Province and other provinces as inspection objects,this report conducted a survey on the current situation,status of inspection quality,establishment of laws and regulations,government management,external environment(fulfillment of construction supervision quality),Internal quality control operation,personnel quality and professional structure,operation input,costs and benefits and so on in inspection enterprises of different types and sizes.Based on the statistical data,the report analyzed the development plight of inspection enterprises and the causes of poor inspection quality,and put forward measures and suggestions to solve the bottleneck problems of inspection quality,which has reference value for government supervision,quality control and healthy operation of construction enterprises.
