摘  要:当既有建筑结构达到设计使用年限、改变建筑用途、结构改扩建或灾后事故原因的调查分析,均需要进行检测鉴定。在鉴定过程中,计算模型参数的合理设置直接影响既有结构鉴定结果的准确性,对后续结构加固设计的经济性有着指导性建议。依据GB50010-2010《混凝土结构设计规范》(2015版)偏心受压构件正截面承载力计算方法,结合本文的算例给出框架剪力墙结构安全性鉴定中偏心受压构件参数设置的建议,为类似结构的鉴定分析提供了经验。When the existing building structure reaches the design service life,changes the building use,structural reconstruction and expansion or the investigation and analysis of the causes of post disaster accidents,it needs to be tested and identified.In the appraisal process,the reasonable setting of calculation model parameters directly affects the accuracy of the appraisal results of existing structures,and has guiding suggestions for the economy of subsequent structural reinforcement design.According to the calculation method of normal section bearing capacity of eccentric compression members in code for design of concrete structures GB 50010-2010(2015 Edition),combined with the calculation example in this paper,the suggestions on the parameter setting of eccentric compression members in the safety appraisal of frame shear wall structures are given,which provides necessary experience for the appraisal and analysis of similar structures.
