摘 要:选取了国内外两家企业生产的两种三元乙丙橡胶防水卷材,利用空气和氮气氛围的热失重分析研究了两种防水卷材的成分和组成,比对动态热机械性能研究了两种防水卷材的橡胶成分的区别。测试了两种防水卷材的部分的关键物理性能,考察了两种防水卷材在80℃和116℃的温度条件下的热空气老化规律。指出了三元乙丙橡胶防水卷材的成分对物理性能和热空气老化性能的影响规律。In this paper,two kinds of EPDM rubber waterproofing sheets produced by a foreign company and a domestic company were selected,and the compositions and constituents of the two waterproofing sheets was studied by the thermogravimetric analysis of air and nitrogen atmosphere.Dynamic thermomechanical analysis studied the difference in EPDM rubber composition.Parts of the key physical properties of the two waterproofing sheets were tested,and the hot air aging properties of the two waterproofing sheets were investigated under the temperature conditions of 80℃and 116℃.The influence relationship of the composition of EPDM rubber waterproofing sheets on physical properties and hot air aging properties was pointed out.
