摘 要:北京石景山大悦城项目钢屋盖为高空大跨度钢网壳结构,高空大跨度钢网壳屋盖结构的卸载是施工过程中难度较大的一项关键工序内容,经研究分析,采用火焰切割分区、分级卸载的方法。通过采用有限元计算软件MIDAS仿真分析了高空大跨度钢网壳屋盖卸载施工,认真分析了钢网壳屋盖临时支撑体系及过程监测数据,进行建模卸载模拟分析、模拟卸载,合理确定卸载点,根据卸载仿真分析确定总卸载值、卸载分步数量及每步卸载值,使整个钢网壳屋盖的受力状态过度平稳,实际变形量与模拟结果变化较小,符合设计与规范要求,确保施工过程整体结构安全稳定。The steel roof of Beijing Shijingshan Joy City project is a high-altitude long-span steel mesh shell structure.The unloading is a difficult and key process in the construction.After research and analysis,flame cutting partitioning and grading uninstallation were used.By using the finite element calculation software MIDAS,the unloading construction of the high-altitude long-span steel mesh shell roof was simulated and analyzed.The temporary support system and process monitoring data of the steel mesh shell roof were accurately analyzed,the modeling、unloading simulation analysis and unloading were carried out to confirm unloading point reasonably.According to the unloading simulation analysis,the unloading value,the number of unloading steps and the unloading value of each step are confirmed,so that the stress state of the entire steel lattice shell roof was excessively stable.The actual deformation and simulation results change less,which met the design and specification requirements to ensure the safety and stability of the overall structure during the construction process.
