摘  要:介绍了一种异氰酸酯固化羟基树脂为成膜物的高耐磨涂料的制备方法。对耐磨涂料主剂组分的四种主要原材料进行了正交试验设计,研究了其对涂层关键性能的影响,获得了最优配方。实验结果表明,当羟基丙烯酸树脂40%(质量分数表示)、羟基聚酯树脂6%、三氧化二铝耐磨填料11%和聚四氟乙烯蜡分散液10%时,涂层综合性能最好。耐磨性为1kg负荷、CS-10砂轮磨耗5000r后,质量损失为0.057g;抗刮划性为6kg负荷没有至漆膜底材的划破。A preparation method of high wear-resistant coating with isocyanate-cured hydroxyl resin as film-forming materials was introduced.Orthogonal experiment design was carried out on the four main raw materials of the main agent components of wear-resistant coatings.The influence on the key properties of the coating was studied.The optimized formulation of the main agent components of the grinding coating(indicated by mass fraction)is:40%hydroxyl acrylic resin,6%hydroxyl polyester resin,11%aluminum oxide wear-resistant filler and 10%polytetrafluoroethylene wax dispersion.The results showed that,under the condition of 1kg load and 5000r abrasion of the grinding wheel,the mass loss of the coating was 0.057g.Meanwhile,under the condition of 6kg load,the coating has no scratches to the paint film substrate,showing excellent scratch resistance.
