摘 要:以磷酸胍(PPG)、蒙脱土(MMT)为复合阻燃剂对水性丙烯酸树脂(AR)进行改性,得到的改性丙烯酸树脂与玻璃纤维复合制备了具有保温功能的玻璃棉制品。探究了复合型阻燃剂用量及组合配比对树脂阻燃性能的影响,并研究了该功能性玻璃棉的外貌形态特征、保温性能及阻燃性能。研究结果表明:当AR与30%(wt.)的磷酸胍、5%(wt.)的蒙脱土复合时,获得了阻燃性能最优的水性丙烯酸改性树脂,其LOI达到25.6%,残炭量达到41.1%,较未进行阻燃改性的样品提高了8.1%和33.3%,且可以通过阻燃UL-94 V-1级别测试。当玻璃纤维与改性后树脂比例为2:1,焙烘条件为120℃焙烘1.5h时,此时玻璃棉的外貌形态特征、阻燃性能、导热系数均得到了大幅度改善。Guanidine phosphate(PPG)and montmorillonite(MMT)were added to water-based acrylic resin(AR)as composite flame retardant,and the modifi ed acrylic resin was then coupled with glass fi ber to create glass wool products with an insulating function.The Effects of compound flame retardant dosage and the combination ratio on the flame resistance of resin were investigated as well as the surface morphology,thermal insulation performance,and flame retardancy of functional glass wool.The research results showed that:The water-based acrylic modifi ed resin with the optimal flame-retardant performance was obtained when AR was coupled with 30wt%guanidinium phosphate and 5wt%montmorillonite;The LOI reached 25.6%and the carbon residue reached 41.1%,respectively,which were 8.1%and 33.3%greater than the samples without flame retardant modifi cation.In the meantime,the samples can pass the UL-94 V-1 level test for flame retardant materials.When the ratio of glass fi ber to modifi ed resin is 2:1 and the baking condition is 120℃for 1.5h,the appearance,flame retardant ability and thermal insulation performance of glass wool are greatly improved.
