摘  要:以2,7-二溴-9H-咔唑为初始原料,经亲电取代反应、Miyaura Borylation反应合成了一类化合物N-烷基-2,7-二硼酸频哪醇酯咔唑。利用^(1)H NMR对目标化合物的结构进行了表征;研究了反应溶剂、碱、催化剂和膦配体等因素对Miyaura Borylation反应的影响,确定了最佳反应条件:NMP为溶剂,乙酸钾为碱,Pd_(2)(dba)3为催化剂,S-PHOS为配体。A class of compounds N-alkyl-2,7-bis(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)carbazole was synthesized by electrophonic substitution reaction and Miyaura Borylation reaction with 2,7-dibromo-9H-carbazole as the raw material.The structure of the synthesized compound was characterized by^(1)H NMR.Meanwhile,the influences of solvents,bases,catalysts and ligands on the Miyaura Borylation reaction were investigated.The optimal reaction conditions were determined:NMP was the solvent,potassium acetate was the base,Pd_(2)(dba)3 was the catalyst,S-PHOS was the ligand.
