摘 要:采用Ziegler-Natta催化剂(JCES-200催化剂)用于Hostalen聚合工艺高密度聚乙烯装置,生产聚乙烯高韧性膜料HM 9455F1。生产结果表明,JCES-200催化剂的活性比装置常用催化剂(Ref催化剂)高约77%。JCES-200催化剂的氢调性能略好于Ref催化剂,JCES-200催化剂的共聚性能比Ref催化高约8%。JCES-200催化剂生产的聚合物分布更加集中,且150um以下细粉含量少于原催化剂生产的细粉含量。JCES-200催化剂生产过程中干燥系统运行良好,且产生的蜡含量较低有利于装置长周期运行。JCES-200催化剂生产的膜料HM 9455F1产品质量优异。The Ziegler-Natta catalyst(JCES-200 catalyst)was used for the high-density polyethylene plant of the Hostalen polymerization process to produce the polyethylene high-toughness film material HM 9455F1.The production results shows that the activity of the JCES-200 catalyst is about 77%higher than that of the plant catalyst(Ref catalyst).The hydrogen sensitivity performance of the JCES-200 catalyst is slightly better than that of the Ref catalyst,and the copolymerization performance of the JCES-200 catalyst is about 8%higher than that of the Ref catalyst.The polymer particle size distribution produced by the JCES-200 catalyst is more concentrated,and the fine powder content of below 150μm is less than that of the Ref catalyst.The drying system works well during the JCES-200 catalyst production process,and the low wax content produced is beneficial to the long-term operation of the plant.The film material HM 9455F1 produced by JCES-200 catalyst is excellent in quality.
