摘 要:通过将不同掺量的玄武岩纤维掺入三种AC级配环氧沥青混合料中进行改性,以动稳定度、最大弯拉应变、浸水残留稳定度、冻融劈裂强度比及疲劳寿命次数为试验指标,系统研究了玄武岩纤维掺量对不同AC级配环氧沥青混合料路用性能的影响规律。结果表明:通过增大级配公称最大粒径可以改善环氧沥青混合料的高温稳定性,但不利于其低温抗裂性、水稳定性及抗疲劳性,故建议选择公称最大粒径较小的级配;掺入玄武岩纤维能够有效改善环氧沥青混合料高温稳定性、低温抗裂性及抗疲劳性;掺入玄武岩纤维虽对环氧沥青混合料的抗水损害能力有所影响,但仍满足规范使用要求;玄武岩纤维改性环氧沥青混合料的推荐掺量为6%,有利于提升其使用性能及寿命。By incorporating basalt fiber with diff erent amounts into three AC graded epoxy asphalt mixtures for modification,with the dynamic stability,maximum bending and tensile strain,water immersion residual stability,freezing-thaw splitting strength ratio and fatigue life times as the test indexes,and the influence law of basalt fiber content on the road performance of diff erent AC graded epoxy asphalt mixtures was systematically studied.The results show that the high temperature stability of the epoxy asphalt mixture can be improved by increasing the graded nominal maximum particle size,but it is not conducive to its low temperature cracking resistance,water stability and fatigue resistance.Therefore,it is recommended to choose a gradation with a smaller nominal maximum particle size.The addition of basalt fiber can Effectively improve the high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and fatigue resistance of epoxy asphalt mixture.Although the addition of basalt fiber has an impact on the water damage resistance of epoxy asphalt mixture,it still meets the specifications use requirements.The recommended dosage of basalt fiber of epoxy asphalt mixture is 6%,which is beneficial to improve its service performance and life.
