公路隧道用防腐涂料制备及性能评价

摘　　要：针对公路隧道护栏易受腐蚀介质影响的问题,提出一种新型的公路隧道用防腐涂料制备,并对涂料的性能进行优化。试验结果表明,最优配比为:5%伊朗岩沥青,60%改性沥青,3%马来酸二辛酯,20%E-44型环氧树脂,1/2环氧树脂用量的固化剂,2%稀释剂。在此配比下,防腐涂料综合性能表现良好。对防腐涂料的耐酸、耐碱和耐盐天数进行测试,其耐腐蚀效果皆超过了20d,表现出良好的耐腐蚀性。Aiming at the problem that highway tunnel guardrail is easily aff ected by corrosive media,the preparation of a new type of anticorrosive coating for highway tunnel was proposed,and the performance of the coating was optimized.The test results show that the optimal proportion is:5%Iranian rock asphalt,60%modified asphalt,3%dioctyl maleate,20%E-44 epoxy resin,10%curing agent,2%diluent.Under this proportion,the comprehensive performance of the anticorrosive coating is good.The acid,alkali and salt resistance days of the anticorrosive coating were tested,and the corrosion resistance Effect exceeded 20 days,showing good corrosion resistance.
