摘　　要：阻燃陶瓷化聚烯烃材料是一类新型阻燃、耐火材料,是在聚烯烃基体中加入成瓷填料、助熔剂、阻燃剂等制成的特种复合材料,可在火焰及高温环境中迅速形成具有一定强度的陶瓷体,起到阻燃、隔热、隔氧的作用。文章从无卤阻燃剂在聚烯烃材料中的应用、陶瓷化聚烯烃材料的研究成果、阻燃陶瓷化聚烯烃材料研究成果几个方面进行综述,在此基础上,对未来阻燃陶瓷化聚烯烃的发展进行了展望。Flame-retardant ceramifiable polyolefin material is a new type of flame-retardant and refractory material.It is a special composite material made by adding ceramic filler,flux,flame-retardant,etc.into polyolefin matrix.It can quickly form ceramic body with certain strength in flame and high temperature environment,playing the role of flame-retardant,heat insulation and oxygen isolation.This paper reviews the application of halogen-free flame-retardants in polyolefin materials,the research results of ceramifiable polyolefin materials,and the research results of flame-retardant ceramifiable polyolefin materials.On this basis,the development of flame-retardant ceramifiable polyolefin in the future is prospected.
