摘　　要：超分子化学是一门植根深远的新兴热门交叉边缘学科,其在工业、农业、国防、医药、航空航天科学及众多高新领域有着广阔的应用前景。该文简要介绍了超分子化学的产生、发展及应用;详细介绍了:(1)新型超分子化合物的合成及在分析分离科学中的应用;(2)新型超分子主体大环多胺的合成及在医药学中的应用。并对超分子化学的发展进行了展望。Supramolecular chemistry is a new and popular interdisciplinary subject,which has wide perspective applications in the fields of industry,agriculture,national defense,medicine,aerospace,and many other high technologies.This paper briefly reviews the generation,developments,and applications in supramolecular chemistry.The following two aspects are introduced in details:①synthesis of new supramolecular compounds with applications in analytical separation science;②synthesis of new supramolecular host macrocyclic polyamines with applications in medicine.Future developments of supramolecular chemistry are prospected in the end.
