摘 要:明胶基复合材料既有良好的生物相容性和可降解性,又兼具机械强度高和多功能性,已成为缓释制剂的理想材料,在生物医学领域展现出广阔的应用前景。该文综述了明胶与其他材料复合制备缓释材料的方法,对近年来明胶基缓释复合材料在医药领域的应用现况进行了简述。最后,归纳了明胶基缓释复合材料面临的挑战和存在的技术问题,并对其未来进行了展望。Gelatin-based composites possesses the advantages of excellent biocompatibility,biodegradation,high mechanical strength,and multi-functionality,which has become the ideal materials for the sustained-release formulation and represents a promising application in the biomedical field.In this paper,the preparation methods of gelatin-based composites for sustained drug release were discussed,and their applications in medicine field in recent years were reviewed.Finally,the challenges and technical problems of gelatin-based composites were summarized,and their future development was prospected.
