施洋开展平民教育运动的历史价值与时代启示

摘　　要：始于五四运动时期的平民教育运动是平民主义思想在教育领域的反映和运用,是一场救国救民的国民教育运动。施洋是湖北平民教育运动第一次高潮的发起人和主要领导人之一。他主动作为,敢为人先,发起成立湖北平民教育社;不计报酬,不避利害,引领湖北平民教育运动深入发展;苦苦求索,与时俱进,实现了对平民教育运动的超越。施洋领导开展平民教育运动的时间虽然不长,但对其本人革命思想的形成和发展有着重要影响,对推进新时代教育强国建设也具有重要启示意义。The civil education movement started in the May 4th Movement is the reflection and application of populism in the field of education and is a national education movement to save the country and the people.Shi Yang was one of the initiators and main leaders of the first upsurge of the civil education movement in Hubei.He took the initiative to be the first,initiated the establishment of Hubei civilian Education Association;Regardless of remuneration,not avoiding interests,leading the development of Hubei civilian education movement;Seeking hard and advancing with The Times,it has achieved the transcendence of the civilian education movement.Although Shi Yang carried out the practice of civilian education movement for a short time,it had an important influence on the formation and development of his revolutionary thoughts,and also had an important enlightenment value for promoting the construction of education power in the new era.
