摘　　要：目的:了解上海奉贤区社区围绝经期女性骨质疏松相关知识现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法:采用修订汉化的骨质疏松知识问卷(osteoporosis knowledge Tests,OKT)对上海奉浦社区227名围绝经期女性进行问卷调查,调查对象的平均年龄(49.12±6.20)岁。结果:OKT的平均得分(11.90±3.33)分,其中危险因素维度平均得分为(3.96±2.97)分,运动维度平均得分(2.79±1.58)分,钙摄入维度平均得分(5.14±1.21)分。OKT的合格率仅为16.30%,不同文化程度对象之间的OKT得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:上海奉贤区奉浦社区围绝经期女性对骨质疏松症相关知识认识存在不足,尤其对危险因素的认识匮乏,在运动和摄钙行为上还存在盲区。围绝经期女性对骨质疏松症相关知识认识受到文化程度的影响,应加强低学历女性的健康宣教和指导。Objective:To understand the current status of the knowledge related to osteoporosis in perimenopausal women in the community in Fengxian District,Shanghai and to explore the influencing factors.Methods:The revised Chinese version of the osteoporosis knowledge questionnaire(OKT)was used to investigate 227 perimenopausal women in the Fengpu Community,Shanghai,and the average age of the objects was(49.12±6.20)years.Results:The OKT mean score was(11.90±3.33),among them,the risk factor dimension score was(3.96±2.97),the exercise dimension score was(2.79±1.58),and the calcium intake dimension score was(5.14±1.21).The qualification rate of OKT was only 16.30%,and there was a difference in the OKT scores between objects with different education levels(P<0.05).Conclusion:The community perimenopausal women generally have low knowledge about osteoporosis in Fengpu Community of Fengxian District,Shanghai,and are particularly poor in the risk factor awareness,and there is still a blind spot in exercise and calcium intake behavior.Perimenopausal women’s knowledge of osteoporosis is influenced by their educational level,and health education and guidance for women with low education should be strengthened.
