摘　　要：目的:通过数据挖掘探讨中医药治疗脑小血管病的用药规律。方法:通过检索中国知网、万方、维普文献数据库筛查中医药治疗脑小血管病的临床文献,建立数据库,将纳入的有效处方中药进行分析,应用频数统计、关联规则和聚类分析等数据挖掘方法总结其用药规律。结果:最终获得文献59篇,处方56首,涉及中药128味,其中,川芎、地龙、黄芪等药物使用频次较高,药性以温、平居多,药味以甘、辛居多,归经以肝、脾、心、肾为主,功效分类以补虚、活血化瘀为主。通过关联规则分析得到核心药物是“川芎→黄芪”,核心组合为“黄芪+地龙→川芎”。聚类分析得到7组药物组合。结论:中医药治疗脑小血管病的核心药物是川芎、黄芪,总治疗原则为补虚、活血化瘀。Objective:To explore the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in treating cerebral small vascular disease through data mining.Methods:The literature research database of cerebral small vessel disease prescriptions was established.Data mining methods such as frequency statistics,association rules,and cluster analysis were used to summarize the medication rules.Results:A total of 59 literature,56 prescriptions,and 128 traditional Chinese medicines were collected.The most popular traditional Chinese medicines were Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Earthworm,Astragali Radix.The four Qi drugs were warm and mild.The five flavors were mainly sweet and spicy.The meridian was liver,spleen,heart,and kidney.The most popular drugs were deficiency tonic drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs.The association rule analysis showed the core drug pair was Chuanxiong Rhizoma→Astragali Radix,and the core combination was Chuanxiong Rhizoma+Earthworm→Astragali Radix.Cluster analysis of the high-frequency drugs showed that 7 groups were clustered.Conclusion:The core drugs for the treatment of cerebral small vessel disease are Chuanxiong Rhizoma and Astragali Radix,the main treatment principle is tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation,and removing blood stasis.
