中医古籍病理性乳头溢液诊疗成就探析

摘　　要：病理性乳头溢液指非妊娠非哺乳期单侧或双侧乳头主动流出或经被动挤压而出现异常分泌物溢出的症状,对患者困扰较大,西医治疗占位性病变导致的病理性乳头溢液以手术为主,非占位性病变保守治疗效果欠佳,而中医治疗非占位性病变导致的乳头溢液常可获得较为满意的疗效。乳头溢液属于中医学“乳泣”“乳注”“乳衄”等范畴,现代医家论治病理性乳头溢液理法方药可探源于此。文中系统整理历代医家对本病的论述,梳理其理论思想,总结治法经验,以期为现今临床治疗提供参考。Pathological nipple discharge refers to the symptom of unilateral or bilateral galactorrhea in non-preg-nancy or non-lactation period,seriously troubling the patients.In western medicine,the pathological nipple discharge caused by space-occupying lesion is mainly treated by surgery,and the conservative treatment demonstrates limited effica-cy for that caused by non-space-occupying lesions.The therapies of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)often exhibit satisfactory efficacy in the treatment of the pathological nipple discharge caused by non-occupying lesions.According to the records in ancient TCM books,pathological nipple discharge corresponds to the bleeding of nipple(thelorrhagia),on the basis of which modern physicians develop the treatment schemes and prescriptions.This paper systematically reviews the studies of this disease by physicians in the past dynasties and summarizes their experience,aiming to provide a reference for the current clinical treatment.
