国医大师路志正疏肝化湿联合调情志治疗脾胃病学术思想探析

摘　　要：总结国医大师路志正疏肝化湿联合调情志治疗脾胃病的临证经验。脾胃病在人群中具有较高的发病率,且具有反复发作,病程较长,易受环境、饮食、情志、药物因素影响等特点,诊疗时注重舌诊、脉诊及详细问诊,辨证精准。肝失疏泄、湿阻中焦、情志因素是引发现代脾胃病的重要病因,路老临证80余载,汲取并传承创新了先辈们的脾胃诊疗经验,在脾胃病诊疗方面具有独特的见解和认识,治疗上主要通过“疏肝、化湿、调情志”,遣方加减用药,并依据人群、季节、体质特点,辅以动静结合的情志调养方法,临床疗效显著,值得借鉴学习、推广应用。Objective To summarize the clinical experience of the Chinese medicine master Lu Zhizheng in trea-ting spleen and stomach diseases by soothing liver and removing dampness combined with regulating emotions.Spleen and stomach diseases have high incidence and are characterized by repeated attacks,long disease courses,and susceptibility to the environment,diets,emotions,and drugs.The accurate syndrome differentiation of these diseases requires tongue inspec-tion,pulse diagnosis,and inquiry.The failure of liver in governing free flow of qi,dampness retention in the middle energi-zer,and emotional factors are the major causes of modern spleen and stomach diseases.With over 80 years of clinical expe-rience,the Chinese medicine master Lu Zhizheng has absorbed,inherited,and innovated the experience of ancient physi-cians in diagnosing and treating spleen and stomach diseases and formulated unique insights in this field.He modified the prescriptions to smooth liver,remove dampness,and regulate emotions of the patients.According to the population charac-teristics,seasons,and physical constitutions,he proposes an emotion-regulating method with dynamic and static combina-tion,which demonstrates significant clinical effect and is worth learning and application.
