摘  要:目的 探究黄连阿胶汤及其拆方对自发性高血压大鼠交感神经活性的影响。方法 将45只10周龄SPF级自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)按随机数字表法分为清热组(黄连黄芩组分)、滋阴组(阿胶赤芍组分)、全方组(黄连阿胶汤全方组分)、西药对照组(美托洛尔组)和空白对照组,每组各9只。灌胃药量全方组大鼠26.4 g/(kg·d),清热组大鼠14.4 g/(kg·d),滋阴组大鼠12 g/(kg·d),西药组大鼠8.1 g/(kg·d),空白对照组予等量蒸馏水灌胃,1次/d。连续灌胃4周后,观察比较各组大鼠静息状态下的收缩压(Systolic Blood Pressure, SBP)、舒张压(Diastolic Blood Pressure, DBP)、平均血压(Mean/Mid Blood Pressure, MBP)、心率;收集各组大鼠造模后的尿液和主动脉血,采用酶联免疫法(Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, ELISA)检测尿去甲肾上腺素(Noradrenaline, NE)排泄量和大鼠血清中神经肽Y(Neuropeptide, NPY)水平,以反映交感神经活性。结果 (1)心率:造模后,与西药组比较,滋阴组与全方组心率加快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与空白对照组比较,清热组与西药组心率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)血压水平:造模后,与西药组比较,滋阴组与全方组SBP,MBP,DBP均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与空白对照组比较,清热组与西药组SBP,MBP,DBP均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)NPY:造模后,与西药组比较,滋阴组与全方组NPY升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与空白对照组比较,清热组与西药组NPY降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)NE:造模后,与空白对照组比较,清热组、滋阴组、全方组及西药组NE降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 黄连阿胶汤清热组分抑制SHR交感神经活性的作用较强,是产生降压及减慢心率的主要成分,滋阴组分及全方组分对抑制SHR交感神经活性的作用不明显。Objective To observe the effects of Huanglian Ejiao Decoction and its disassembled prescriptions on the sympathetic nerve activity in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR).Methods Forty-five 10-week-old SPF-grade SHRs were randomized into a heat-clearing group[Coptidis Rhizoma+Scutellariae Radix,14.4 g/(kg·d)],a yin-nourishing group[Asini Corii Colla+Paeoniaeradix Rubra,12 g/(kg·d)],a whole prescription group[Huanglian Ejiao Decoction,26.4 g/(kg·d)],a western medicine[metoprolol,8.1 g/(kg·d)]control group,and a blank control(dis-tilled water)group,with 9 SHRs in each group.The rats were administrated with corresponding drugs by gavage once a day for four continuous weeks.The systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),and mean/mid blood pres-sure(MBP)of rats in the resting state were measured and compared.The urine and aortic blood samples of rats in each group were collected after modeling.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was employed to determine the excretion of no-radrenaline(NE)in the urine and the level of neuropeptide Y(NPY)in the serum to reflect the sympathetic nerve activity.Results①Heart rate:After modeling,the heart rates of the yin-nourishing group and the whole prescription group were faster than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).Compared with the blank group,the heart rates in the heat-clearing group and the western medicine group decreased(P<0.05).②Blood pressure:After modeling,the SBP,MBP,and DBP in the yin-nourishing group and the whole prescription group increased compared with those in the western med-icine group(P<0.05).Compared with the blank control group,the heat-clearing group and the western medicine group showed decreased SBP,MBP,and DBP(P<0.05).③NPY:After modeling,the NPY levels in the yin-nourishing group and the whole prescription group were higher than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The NPY levels in the heat-clearing group and the western medicine group were lower than that in the blank control group(P<0.05).④NE:After modeling,the NE
