健脾祛风汤对特应性皮炎患儿肠道菌群生物多样性的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨健脾祛风汤对特应性皮炎(Atopic Dermatitis, AD)患儿肠道菌群多样性的影响。方法 选取2015年4月—2017年4月期间上海市嘉定区中医医院皮肤科收治的26例AD儿童患者为治疗组,予口服健脾祛风汤合并外涂尿素乳膏共计6周,并将27例健康儿童作为健康对照组;治疗组在治疗前后各采集粪便样品1次,而健康对照组则无干预直接采集粪便样品1次。通过高通量基因测序法分析治疗前后肠道菌群多样性变化。结果 (1)物种分析显示:治疗组治疗后较治疗前总物种丰富度升高,核心物种数基本一致;(2)多样性指数比较显示:治疗组治疗后较治疗前Shannon指数减低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Simpson指数无变化。结论 健脾祛风汤对AD患儿肠道菌群生物多样性无明显影响,但能使总物种丰富度升高。Objective To investigate the effect of Jianpi Qufeng Decoction on intestinal flora biodiversity in chil-dren with atopic dermatitis(AD).Methods Twenty-six children with AD admitted to the Department of Dermatology,Jiading Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2015 to April 2017 were selected as the treatment group,and they were treated with Jianpi Qufeng Decoction combined with urea cream for six weeks.Twenty-seven healthy children were taken as the healthy control group.Fecal samples were collected once in the treatment group before and after treat-ment,while those were directly collected once in the healthy control group without intervention.The changes in intestinal flora diversity before and after treatment were analyzed by high-throughput gene sequencing.Results(1)The species a-nalysis showed that the total species richness of the treatment group increased after treatment,and the number of core spe-cies was basically the same.(2)The comparison of the diversity index showed that the Shannon index in the treatment group decreased after treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the Simpson index did not change.Conclusion Jianpi Qufeng Decoction has no significant effect on intestinal flora biodiversity of children with AD,but it can increase the total species richness.
